FINANCING REQUIREMENTS

These are the general requirements and necessary items for submission. 

 1. Loan Application
 2. Two-Year's Tax Returns
 3. Current Rent Roll
 4. Current Income / Expense Statement
 5. Original Photos (No Polaroid's)

If this is a purchase, also provide:
1. Purchase Contract
2. Prelim
3. Escrow Instructions
4. Document Source of Down Payment

Other items may be required depending on the loan.
